Turtle Shell In The Chemical Composition Of The Oligopeptides And Concocted Principle

The preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) plays an important role in the clinical application and production of TCM. The systematic study on the preparation process of TCM will provide the basis to the development of preparation theory of TCM.The preparation process and quality standard of Turtle Shell were studied in this dissertation, mainly focusing on the following points:Part one: Literatures and summaryThe Documents about the present research situation in Turtle Shell were summed up and analyzed. A review about Turtle Shell in the fields of preparation, chemical constituent, pharmacological activities and clinical application was presented. Twenty-one literatures are quoted.The article is about the overview of the isolation, purification, structure identification and pharmaco-activity of peptides and the summary of the peptides extracted from Chinese medicine.Ninty-four literatures are quoted.Part two: Experiment studies(1) The amino acids are the chief active components in Turtle Shell according to the contemporary literatures, but oligopeptide are the key components of Turtle Shell according to the experimental study, which coincides with the pharmaco-activity of Turtle Shell such as anti-tiredness, immunological and so on.(2)A series of studies were taken for the way to purify and isolate oligopeptide from the Turtle Shell, including the ways of water extr- ation and alcoholiv sedimentation, acetone sedimentation, various ki- nds of column chromatographies,as including gel silica column, seph- adex-LH 20 column, macroporous adsorptive resins column, YWG-C18 reverse phase column and so on, on the basis of which, we establish some ways to purify and isolate oligopeptide, and apply it on the...
