The Mechanism Of Photodynamic Therapy

Photodynamic therapy is a new therapeutics to diagnose and cure aliment by photodynamic action. The mechanism of photodynamic therapy is the main part of the whole paper. In this paper, a few of models are built to analyze photodynamic therapy in tumor.First, the history of photodynamic is reviewed. Principal and mechanism are included in the paper. The models in photodynamic therapy are presented.Second, the distribution of photons is analyzed in tumor that is modeled in terms of cylinder. The relationship between depth and radius of tumor and curing effect is analyzed.Third, the model of photodynamic dose is set up. With the model, curative effect of photodynamic is analyzed.The end, apoptosis signaling pathways in PDT is summarized.
