Oxymatrine is usually used in the treatment of the hepatitis B in clinic which shows well effect as resisting the inflammation resisting the hepatitis B virus etc. Because of poor fat-soluble character and the low or and al bioavailability, its utilization has been limited as the full play of clinical curative effect to a certain extent. The phosphatide technology in pharmacy is studied to improve the absorption of many poor water-soluble drugs and their bioavailability remarkably, which offers a new thinking for the absorption of medicine. The oxymatrine-phosphatide complex is the medicine joins through the strength of the weak key of the hydrogen key.Van De Waal's force , etc. After phosphatide complex's preparation, the fat solubility of medicine is strengthened, its crystallization nature also changes, which leads to the improvement of absorption and the activity of pharmacology. Therefore, this subject plans to take some relevant pharmic studies on the oxymatrine-phosphatide complex. We adopt orthogonal design to investigate the preparation of oxymatrine-phosphatide complex, then through solvent volatilizing method, the complex is separated. The preparation method is at last fixed as: SF is a solvent, the amount of phosphatide is the same as the medicine. Mix round 2h at 70 ℃ . oxymatrine-phosphatide complex's nature is ascertained to change through X- ray diffraction technique method, which verifies the forming of the thing. Some relevant pharmic studies on the oxymatrine-phosphatide complex are carried out as resisting hepatitis B virus after its preparation. We adopt experimental hepatic injury models of rats induced by CCl4 and D-GalN respectively to study the protective pharmacological effect of the...
