Apigenin (AP), a flavonoid compound, is used as a good prospective drug, which is recognized for its anticancer, antibacterial, anti-virus and antioxidant effects. But because it sparingly soluble in water and its gastrointestinal absorption is low, its clinical applications is confined. In order to effectively improve its dissolution and absorption, solid dispersion is prepared with solvent method, by using povidone(PVP) as carrier. In order to improve its affinity of cell membrane, improve effectively its bioavailability and oral absorption, phospholipid complex is prepared.According to the literature, High-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection was developed for in vitro assay of physicochemical properties, content and drug release. The thesis established High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method to monitor the plasma level in vivo in rabbits. The methods were sensitive, accurate and simple, suitable for the analysis of the thesis. The thesis analyzed some physicochemical properties of material drug, which were connected closely with pharmaceutic form design. The solubility results and Oil/water Partition Coefficients results showed apigenin is poorly soluble in water and n-Octanol. So the thesis prepared solid dispersion and phospholipid complex which increased markedly the dissolution rate and fatsoluble of apigenin. The influence of different kinds of solvents ,carriers and agent-carrier proportion on the dissolution of apigenin was examined. Finally, it showed that PVPK30 was the best carrier and absolute ethanol was solvent. The DSC...
