Chronic Renal Failure Syndrome Type Factors And Combination Therapy

Objective The objective of the study is to observe the inherent law between the differentiation symptoms and signs typing of chronic renal failure and its primary diseases complications and stages And observe the effect of peroral Chinese medicine with enemas and intravenous infusion in CRF. Methods The relations between the differentiation of symptoms and signs typing of 161 cases CRF hospitalization sufferers in various stages and primary diseases and clinical manifestations were observed.And the level of Scr,Ccr,and BUN of 30 cases in CRF hospitalization sufferers before and after the synthetic therapy as well as Chinese medicine index were observed.The results show that synthetic therapy can't reduce significantly the Scr,Ccr,and BUN of CRF sufferers(P>0.05), but can reduce significantly the Chinese medicine index (P < 0.05) Conclusions The clinical study indicated that(l) CRF induced by diabetic nephropathy is characterized by athenia of Qi of spleen and kidney ,athenia of Qi and Yin,blood stasis and pathogenic damp. CRF induced by high blood is characterized by athenia of Qi of spleen and kidney ,athenia of Qi and Yin and liver wind.(2)CRF accompanied by exopathogens is characterized by damp-heat,while CRF accompanied by serious high blood is characterized by pathogenic damp and blood stasis. (3 ) CRF sufferers in early and middle stages are characterized by athenia of Qi of spleen and kidney ,athenia of Qi and pathogenic damp .(4) The synthetic therapy of Chinese medicine can improve the clinical manifestations of CRF dramatically, enhance the living standards and curb the deterioration progress of renal function.
