[Background] The growth of tumors is vessel-dependent. Tumors stimulate endothelial cells' proliferation and microvessels' formation by secreting some related factors, whereas blood vessels control tumors' growth through nutrition supply. Moreover, tumor blood vessels participate in the whole process of tumor development, including canceration, transmission of cancerous cells, formation of metastasis and its breakage. Therefore, antiangiogenetic therapy has become one of the heat points in cancer research field. Some chemotherapeutics can inhibt the growth of new vascular endothelial cell observably in the way of low-dose and high time administration. This is metronomic chemotherapy ,or antiangiogenic chemotherapy. Hyperthermia is an attractive addition to multidisciplinary approaches to clinical cancer treatment. It has been reported that in vitro and in vivo hyperthermia can enhance the cytotoxic effect of certain anticancer drugs that have different mechanisms of action. The magnitude of the enhancement varies according to different drugs and the scheduling of drugs with heat. Hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy is a logical and potentially powerful treatment.[Objectives] This experiment aims to ①tudy antiangiogenetic ability of paclitaxel and arsenic trioxide combined with thermotherapy; ②grope the effection concentration of paclitaxel and arsenic trioxide on anti-angiogenetic control with LOVO;③synergistic action of paclitaxel and arsenic trioxide combined with thermotherapy in anti-angiogenetic;④observe influance on growth of chick embryo choriallantoic membrane vessels when using paclitaxel and arsenic trioxide;⑤observe influance on when using paclitaxel and arsenic trioxide.[Methods] We adopt human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC) culture, chick embryo choriallantoic membrane(CAM) and tumor transplantation models and use MTT and number-calculating methods to observe paclitaxel and arsenic trioxide on HUVEC's proliferation, sprouts and CAM, athymic mouse hypo-transplanted tumor blood vessels' formation.Themotherapy use eleceric thermostatic waterbath to reach...
