Part Ⅰ : Studies of developing a mouse of acute bacterial sinusitisBACKGROUND AND PURPOSES:Sinusitis is a common disease and frequently occurring illness in clinic. Although many people have already tried to study pathophysiology, immunology and biochemics of sinusitis from human body, these study have received some restriction.Furthermore speaking human body, The study of osmomucosa epithelium tissue may receive the restriction of drawing the materials in inflammation state. From last century, people begained to utilize animal model to study chronic sinusitis. They mainly used rabbit earlier, but following the study entered to the molecule and gene level gradually, they had hard to control the gene of the rabbit effectually, and were short of experiment reagent and antibody for the inflammation study, so it caused graduslly people's interest that mouse were used animal model. Recently study discovered that mouse was ideal animal for duplicating acute infection sinusitis model. Mouse possess sufficient agentia source, their genetic background are definition,and by genetic engineering theorem many scholars have master the technology of gene knock-out mouse. Then succeedly cultivation of the transgetic and knock out mice, and have begined to apply to the study of sinusitis model, these offer favourable condition for studying nosogenic inheritance factor of sinusitis. But at present the main methods of mouse modeling have some improvement yet, thus, it is a urgent problem to solve how to establish a sinusitis animal model for reflecting the pathologic physiology characteristics of sinusitis in human. Our experiment intend to establish a convenient and dependable animal model method of acute bacterium sinusitis in SD mouse, and offering assist for further studying the mocous change of sinusitis.
