Resistance Decoction And Trapped Chest Soup Of The Cd Side Of Bleomycin A <sub> 5 </ Sub>-induced Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis In Experimental Research

Objective: To approach the effect of Di Dang Decoction adding Xiao Xianxiong Decoction (below brief name DiXiao Decoction ) on treating Wister rats who're suffering from pulmonary fibrosis reduced by Bleomycin A₅, and study its function machine.Method: 36 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, A: pseudo-operation group, B: model control group, C: control group of traditional Chinese drug, D: control group of Prednisone ( below brief name A, B, C, D group). Through tracheal intubation, inject Bleomycin A₅ into the lungs of the rats except pseudo-operation group. 24 hours after operation, the rats of A and B group were lavaged with physiological saline solution through esophagus, group C with DiXiao Decoction, group D with the Prednisone physiological saline solution. 28 days after operation, the rats were executed and taken some materies: make the lung organize into pathological slices; determine the amount of HA and IL-6 in supernatant fluid of the blood serum of the rats.Result: DiXiao Decoction can cut down the fibrosis degree through the comparison of the pathological slices of the rats' lungs, restraint the level of IL-6's function which can promote the sink of ECM, and repress the sinking of HA in the lung.Conclusion: DiXiao Decoction can restraint the fibrosis degree of the rat' lung with pulmonary fibrosis in certain degree by cutting down the level of the amount of HA and IL-6 in supernatant fluid of the blood serum of the rats. It provides a new solving way for treating pulmonary fibrosis disease.
