Diclofenace potassium, supplied by ciba company, is the nonsteriod drug, which has distinguished anti-rheumatic and extremely potent and highly selective and treatment effective and opposite small side effect. These effects are superior to Lbuplofen and Indomethalin, but it has stimulative to stomach bowel way and half the period is shorter. For further alleviate side effect after the dizzying and stomach and intestines way disorder, increasing curing result, and reducing to medicine of times and fluctuate of blood medicine. Long hours maintaining valid blood medicine, convenience is clinical to use the medicine, combine to make the sustained release tablet for fitting big production of industrialization. This text primarily research to manufactured DP for sustained release tablet. The factors, which had influenced on the release of DP sustained release tablets (SRT), were investigated. Then the stability and bioavailability od DP were studied.According to literature, with UV detection were developed for the studies of physicochemical properties, content, release as well as in situ absorption. High-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection was applicated to quatitation of plasma concentration in humans.In the preformulation researches the physicochemical properties of DP were investigated, which connected closely with pharmaceutic form design. The studies on solubility showed that the equilibrium solubility in distilled water, 0.1M HC1 aqueous solution pH7.4 phosphate buffer were 1.170,1.024,3.471mg·ml-1, respectively; The intrinstic dissolution rates were 0.1172,0.0635,0.1906 mg·cm-2·min-1, respectively; Appearant oil-water partition coefficient in the acidity environment were relatively higher. In addition , the chemical stability of solid DP was observed, the result of which indicated that temperature, moistere and oxygen had little effect on it.The factors, which effected the release od DP sustained release tablet were studied.
