Investigation Background: Esophageal carcinoma is one of the most familiar malignancy, the prognosis is poor, the reason is that metastasis to lymph nodes are prone to occour. Alone with the developing of Pathology and Molecular cell biology, the micrometastasis to lymph nodes are brought forword. This is an important factor in patient of esophageal carcinoma. In order to probe into the mechanism of TCM in this domain, we select Aidi injection, bestow Traditional Chinese compound Medicine injection to patient of esophageal carcinoma. Then we observe the ratio of micrometastasis, and comparing with control group, to expected that Aidi injection can reduce the ratio of micrometastasis. But the cause is uncleared. Methods: To collect 38 patients of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, the experimental group is 20 cases and the control group is 18 cases. Bestow Aidi injection to the experiment group patients, 80ml/d, ivggt× 7d; The other therapeutic medicine is similar in two groups. All the patients are not given medicine of chemical therapy and medicine which can influence their immunological function. The two groups are all carried out the similar mode of surgery. After completing ordinary H&E staining detection, pick out the negative lymph nodes using CK pan and CK16 by SP immunohistochemistry staining to look for micrometastasis to lymph nodes; then we use PCR to detect the mutation of P53 in the...
