Purpura Dialectical Norms

OBSJECTIVE: To research the TCM dialectical criteria and the dialectical typing of anaphylactoid purpura in childrenMETHOD: Our research include two parts: academic part and clinical one. To consult recent papers, summarize the TCM dialectical criteria and major symptoms of some TCM typing of Anaphylactoid purpura. The documentary summary expounded the research improves of the modern TCM about the anaphylactoid purpura. Next, the documentary summary introduced the treatment experiences which come from the famous pediatrics specialistClinical part was carried through in Jiangsu province hospital of TCM whose pediatric department was focal point subject of state grade and could assure the sample source.We selected 90 patients treated effectively by TCM.The patients were first discerned and verified with the new criteria ,then they were done so with the beforet criteria. Meanwhile, we tried to find the correlation between the dialectical typing.RESULT: According to academic and clinical research, we think that the dialectical typing should include two aspects: foundations and appearances. The foundations are the Bleeding due to blood-heat , Qi failing to control blood , the Yang deficiency of spleen and renal, the Yin deficiency of liver and renal, and the deficiency of blood. The appearances include Turbid moist, Blood stasis, Damp-heat, and Wind-heat, Additionally, we have summed up the major clinical manifesting of the mose typing. In clinical part, we have compared the two dialectical criteria through analysis and showed: there are significant difference (P<0.05). We think that our dialectical criteria embody it is scientific and advanced and are worth being generated for clinic.
