Our country always pays attention to the countryside health problem. In order to improve the level of the farmer's medical care, in 1991 the medical department started to carry out"ten years hundred achievements promoted plan"which is for the purpose of choosing a batch of effective, cheap, security technology used in countryside widely.Although the project has been carried out for several years, the economic appraisal research is actually limited. The most of research just summarize the experience of the project. Therefore I research the economic burden of disease in the planning area, discusses disease economy burden distributed characteristically, as well as the influence factors about disease economy burden.Through researching the inpatient expenditure in the promoted area we know the quantities structure; analysis of the inpatient expenditure in nation and every area; Average inpatient expenditure per person and structure. The overcast increasing of health expenditure has attracted attention in many countries. Inpatient expenditure counting up a large proportion of the total health expenditure, it is important to learn about the structure of inpatient expenditure and its changing tendency, analyze its influent factors to control the unreasonable increase of health expenditure.This research gain foundation data with the literature research and the sample investigation method. I just use multiple regression approach to get the result.The aim of this research is inpatient expenditure in rural area, it is rare to analysis rural inpatient illness expenditure in the whole nation. The practical significance is to know the illnesses distribution in rural hospital and to offer the base for rural medical care system.In a word, I analyze the inpatient illnesses expenditure in the project area with economic method. The result can provide some references to comment on the project. But there are some insufficiencies in the methodology; we need to discuss it further.
