The study of the relativity between disease and syndrome is the cognition of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) about the disease of syndrome. The cognition is dynamic. Therefore, from the dynamic perspective to research is more comprehensive and accurate. There has been a large number of research results for the study of the relativity between disease and syndrome, but right from the different generations since the founding of China of the dynamic changes of perspective is lack of research. Therefore, the issue represented a uterine bleeding disease, use the measurement-based method combined with the traditional literature, theoretical research methods, from the different generations of the dynamic changes of perspective ,to research the uterine bleeding cognition of the syndrome, and its impact factors.to deepen its understanding of the syndrome nature from the new aspect. And initially from a side since 1949 reflected TCM syndrome theory development.1 Metrorrhagia Differential Treatment understanding of the modern research overviewThere have sufficient researches for the uterine bleeding syndrome. It is mainly in the following five aspects : direct Differential Treatment; in a party-based Differential Treatment; by hemorrhage and no hemorrhage Differential Treatment; by the age of Differential Treatment; according to the menstrual cycle Differential Treatment. Chinese medicine in uterine bleeding syndrome has good efficacy and unique advantages. The understanding of uterine bleeding disease syndromes is deepening. So far the basic connotation have no essential changes for uterine bleeding.2 Materials and methodsLiterature, theory, statistical measurement methods, following which the Chinese medical point of view, use of the theory of Chinese medicine treatment of uterine bleeding syndrome clinical literature research. 3 Results and discussion3.1 Since the founding of the total six years after the main uterine bleeding syndromes constituteIn descending order, six years after the cumulative sum of 50% percentage points to constitute the syndrome :Qualitative priority of the following : qi deficiency,Blood Stasis, blood heat.Positioning priority of the following : Blood Stasis, blood heat, kidney deficiency,qi deficiency.3.2 Since the founding of different generations of Chinese medicine to Metrorrhagia syndromes understanding of the dynamic changes3.2.1 Syndrome dynamic changes(1) Did not changeQualitative Syndrome : Qi stagnation, yang deficiency, damp syndrome, heat syndrome. Positioning Syndrome : spleen deficiency, liver depression, liver fire, liver can not store blood, liver-yin deficiency, heart-blood deficiency, debility of Chong Ren meridians, blood stasis block uterus.(2) Significant increaseQualitative Syndrome : blood stasis , yin deficiency.Positioning Syndrome : kidney deficiency (significantly).(3) Significant decreaseQualitative Syndrome : qi deficiency.(4) FluctuationQualitative Syndrome : blood deficiency, hot blood.3.2.2 Major syndromes constitute of the dynamic changes(1) The 1950sQualitative priority of the following : qi deficiency, blood heat, blood stasis.Positioning priority of the following : Spleen deficiency, qi deficiency, blood heat, blood stasis. (2) The 1960sQualitative priority of the following : qi deficiency, blood heat, blood stasis.Positioning priority of the following : qi deficiency, blood heat, blood stasis, blood deficiency.(3) The 1970sQualitative priority of the following : blood heat, qi deficiency, blood stasis.Positioning priority of the following : blood heat, blood stasis ,qi deficiency.(4) The 1980sQualitative priority of the following : qi deficiency, blood stasis ,blood heat.Positioning priority of the following : kidney deficiency, blood heat, blood stasis.(5) The 1990sQualitative priority of the following : qi deficiency, blood stasis, yin deficiency.Positioning priority of the following : kidney deficiency, blood stasis, blood heat.(6) 2000-2005Qualitative priority of the following : qi deficiency, blood stasis, yin deficiency.Positioning priority of the following : kidney deficiency, blood stasis, blood heat.3.3 Since the founding of different generations of Chinese medicine to Metrorrhagia syndromes understanding of the dynamic changes affecting factors3.3.1 Blood stasisMay be caused by the basic theories of Chinese medicine research of Huoxue Huayu rule in the 1950s and 1960s.3.3.2 Yin deficiencyPossible mainly due to the progressive kidney deficiency attention.3.3.3 Kidney deficiencyThe possible influencing factors as follows :(1) Clinical practice accumulation.(2) Chinese medicine practice through clinical accumulation of uterine bleeding syndromes theoretical understanding of progress.(3) Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine research "kidney essence", " Kidney Dominating Reproduction," research related to the gradual in the 1950s and 1960s.3.3.4 Qi deficiencyFactors may influence doctors with a gradual understanding of kidney deficiency for the essence, qi for fruit .And There is a significant increase in the trend for kidney deficiency.3.3.5 Blood deficiency, blood heatIts impact factors is to be further explored.3.4 Six years since the founding of the sum of the main uterine bleeding compare with syndrome constituted by the main uterine bleeding syndromes of 1990s and from 2000 to 2005.There is a significantly different, and this also explains from the dynamic perspective Syndrome related research, contribute to a more comprehensive, accurately grasp of the cognition of TCM about the disease of syndrome.3.5 InnovationThe topic for the first time on behalf of uterine bleeding disease, the use of measurement-based method combined with the traditional literature, theoretical research methods, different from the dynamic changes during the approach to uterine bleeding awareness of the syndrome and its influencing factors were analyzed. To deepen the perspective of the new disease syndrome in understanding the nature, initially from a side since 1949 reflected TCM syndrome theory development.
