Analysis Of Patients With Esophageal Cancer In Peripheral Blood Cd8 + Cd28 + T-lymphocyte Test Results

Objective:Esophageal carcinoma is one of the malignant tumors that its morbidity and mortality is highest in our country.Almost 150,000 people dead in one year because of esophageal carcinoma.Now the treatment of esophageal carcinoma mainly depends on operation and radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Clinic doctors have found out weather operation or radiotherapy cannot clean up all malignant cell in one hundred years.To clean up the remanent malignant cell have to depend on immune system.Therefore biotherapy become more and more important in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma for doctors and patients.In order to understand the effect of peripheral blood CD8+CD28+T lymphocyte,and to provide scientific evidence for biotherapy.We detect peripheral blood CD8+CD 28+T lymphocyte of health adult and esophageal carcinoma patients.To analyze the CDS+CD28+T lymphocyte's expression characteristic and clinic significance in esophageal carcinoma patients.Method:The CD8+CD28+T lymphocyte,CDS+T cell and CD3+T cell of 100 esophageal carcinoma patients who are not treat by radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery is detected by flow cytometry,At the meantime,Analyze the relative between CD8+CD28+T lymphocyte and patho-characteristic.Result:①CD3+T:control group 68.16±7.03 experiment group 67.44±8.82 t=0.20 P＞0.05②CD8+T:control group 37.11±7.58 experiment group 26.40±9.31 t=4.57 P＜0.001③CD8+CD28+T control group 17.18±4.50 experiment group 13.20±4.98 t=4.20 P＜0.001.The relative between CD8+CD28+T lymphocyte and patho- characteristic in peripheral blood of esophageal carcinoma patients.Control group:17.18±4.50①infiltrative depth TI+T2 13.65±5.26 t=2.67,p＜0.005;T3+T4 12.99±4.81,t=3.77,p＜0.005;②lympho node metastasis,N0,13.38±5.31,t=3.11,p＜0.005; N1,12.95±4.36,t= 3.71,p＜0.005;③TNM,ⅠⅡ13.47±5.09,t=3.23,p＜0.005;ⅢⅣ12.56±4.63,t=3.67,p＜0.005;④differentiation:highly and moderately,13.19±4.78 t= 3.66,p＜0.005;poorlly,13.24±5.47,t=2.79,p＜0.005.There are no significant between each group.Conclusion:①There have correlation between the decrease of CD8+ CD28+T lymphocyte and esophageal carcinoma.It is stated that the decrease of CD8+CD28+T lymphocyte degraded the function ofT cell.It led the T cell can't have effective function to resist the tumor,and the tumor cell may be escape from lethal effect by cytotoxic T lymphocytes.②There are no significant difference in expression of CD8+CD28+ T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of in filtrative depth and lympho node metastasis and TNM stage and differentiation.It is stated that esophageal carcinoma patients' immune function have descend in morning.③In order to understand the function of CD8+T cell in organism immunization.We could simul-detect CD8 and CD28.We could deeply understand the function CD8+T cell's subgroup.
