| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic gastroparesis .Methods: 60 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine; 30 patients in control group were treated by single western medicine, with a treatment course of thirty days for both groups. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 1 treatment course. Results: There was a significant difference in improvement of symptoms such as abdominal dislension, nausea, vomiting, stomatic between two groups (P<0.05).there was no significant difference in side-effect between two groups(P>0.01). Conclusion: treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating diabetic gastroparesis, with a fast effect and improvement of symptoms. |
