Objective: To develop the effective therapy for atrialfibrillation (AF) and study the mechanisms of Dingxin capule. Toelucidate the role of D-dimer(D-D) and thromboxane B-2(TXB2).Methods: 40 rats were randomized to 4 groups: normal controlgroup,model group,Dingxin capule curatio group,Verpamilintervention group. The level of D-D and TXB2 of AF rats weremeasured.Results: The results showed that the level of D-D and TXB2 ofDingxin capule curatio group degraded more obviously than those fromVerpamil intervention group.Conclusion: D-D and TXB2 played important role in thepathogenesis of AF. Dingxin capule could correct the level of D-Dand TXB2 in AF rats. |
