Small Molecule Solute Clearance For Peritoneal Dialysis And Tcm Syndrome Type

Objective:To observe the symptom-sign of CAPD and research the relationship betweenTCM syndrome type and small solute clearance rate of PD.To provide basisfor Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).Method:1.53 cases with CAPD were both came from renal ward in Wuhan NO. 1 Hospital between March of 2005 and January of 2007. They were divided into two groups according to the small solute clearance rate of PD. We observed the small solute clearance rate of PD and symptom-sign evolvement of the 53 cases.2. The diagnose-standard of TCM was regulated according to the guiding rules of clinical research of new Chinese medicine which editor by Chinese medicine publishing house in 2002 year.3. Make the TCM diagnose and lab inspect table. CRF diagnose-standard of western medicine was regulated according to the renal group of Chinese medical journal editor union standard in 1993 year. The diagnose-standard of TCM was regulated according to the guiding rules of clinical research of new Chinese medicine which editor by Chinese Medicine publishing house in 2002 year and practical Chinese medicine.Observe the distribution and alert of symptom-sign of CAPD and research the relationship between symptom-sign and indexes of small solute clearance rate of PD.4. All use arithmetic mean±standard deviation express. Measurement data used t-text; Enumeration count data used chi-square test. P < 0. 05 means that there had remarked difference.Result:1. The patients' symptoms in adequacy of small solute clearance are better than inadequacy.2. There was significant difference TCM syndrome type of two group between before treatment and after treatment (P < 0.05). After dialysis treatment, Qi-Yin deficiency type and blood-stasis are the most type in TCM Syndrome types.3. After dialysis treatment, Qi-deficiency of the spleen and kidney and water-damp types are easy to adequacy of small solute clearance; Qi-Yin deficiency and wind-dry types are easy to inadequacy of small solute clearance.4. After dialysis treatment, TCM syndrome types alert from Qi-deficiency of the spleen and kidney type to Qi-Yin deficiency and Yang-deficiency of the spleen and kidney type; water-damp to wind-dry type.
