Object: To investigate the effects of noradrenalin on the expressions of CD137, IL-6 and HMGB1 in THP-1 cells, THP-1 macrophage and HUVEC respectively. Methods: THP-1 cells, THP-1 macrophage and HUVEC were incubated with 10μmol/L noradrenalin for 1~24 hours. Then the mRNA levels of CD137, IL-6 and HMGB1 were determined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Western-blotting analysis was used to detect protein levels of CD137. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect protein levels of IL-6.Results: THP-1 cells, THP-1 macrophage and HUVEC treated with 10μmol/L noradrenalin for 1~24 hours, the mRNA and protein levels of CD137, IL-6 increased (p<0.05), and the mRNA levels of HMGB1 increased (p<0.05). Conclusion: Stress concentration of noradrenalin cause CD137, IL-6 and HMGB1 expressions increased in human THP-1 cells, THP-1 macrophage and HUVEC respectively.
