As a trachea mechanics index, the opening angle of trachea is the basic parameter of the research of the growth, pathological changes of the trachea. Now , artificial factor exists in the measure methods reported from domestic and international marking by eyeballing the inside and outside boundary of trachea loop. It affects the reliability and veracity of measure results and the clinic application of trachea opening angle.This task applies digital image processing technologies into measuring the opening angle of trachea. It utilizes modern computer image processing technologies and means, exerts basic principles of biomedical and selects and design appropriate image processing system,means and realization technology. Aiming at especially configuration of the trachea sector, this task acquires the digital image of trachea opening angle, makes the processes of contrast enhancement,binary,boundary tracking, extracts the feature space of burr and automatical recognizes and removes the burr. As result, it obtains the digital image more closing to the structure of trachea loop, improves the reliability and efficiency of the trachea opening angle measuring, reduces the workload and the infection of man-made factor, provides a new method for automatic measuring the opening angle.The results indicate the methods of this task are capable of effective removing the burr, reducing the man-made error and making the opening angle measuring more objective and precise.
