Cervical spondylosis is the corresponding signs and symptoms of the pathological neighbouring Organization (spinal cord and nerve roots, the vertebral artery, sympathetic),which caused by cervical disc degeneration of intervertebral joint and secondary degeneration .Which radicular type more common, accounting for about 50% to 60%, and generally non-surgical therapy, clinical control up to 70 per cent in all, with up to 90% efficiency. Subject : observe its effect of combination therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and provide scientific basis for optimizing the treatment structure. Materials and Methods: 40 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from September 2007 to March 2008 in the Wangjing hospital of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, maneuver from Monday to Friday another day, traction and electro-ionic osmosis every day, oral medication (1, Jingshu Keli 6 g po tid, 2, Glucosamine Indomethacin Entric-coated Tablets 0.1 g po tid, 3, Myonal 50 mg po tid.), continuing for three weeks, the symptoms disappeared to stop treatment, and then before and after the treatment to primary and secondary symptoms integral statistical indicators, and therapeutic evaluation analysis. The results: the above four methods of comprehensive treatment has confirmed that 40 cases of cervical nerve root disease, 13 patients with clinical control, accounting for 32.5 percent; effectual 17 cases, accounting for 42.5 percent; effective eight cases, accounting for 20 percent; invalid two cases, accounting for 5 %, and the total efficiency of 95%, satisfactory outcome. Conclusion: combination therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can be coordinated, complementary to shorten the course of treatment, to the best effect.
