Its main effective components contain organic acid and volatile oil. The thesis carried out reserch on the technology of abstraction and depuration,its qualities and fingerprint chromatograph of organic acid from Flos Lonicerae japonicae so as to establish nice foundation for making good use of Flos Lonicerae japonicae.With water and ethanol ,the extraction technology of Chlorogenic acid from Flos Lonicerae japonicae whose volatile oil was extracted by vapor was investigated and the reliable parameters were got in this article. The author gived some research to macroporous resin and choose the best one to purified Chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae japonicae. The stability of extracting Chlorogenic acid was verified by middling experiment so that it can be applied in the industry .The content of Chlorogenic acid which is the main effective components in the extract amount to 20% all above.With modern analysis technology, we have made more systematic research on the extract , including character identification, thin layer identification , limitation,qualitative and quantitative analysis of Chlorogenic acid. Above that,we establish compared perfect standard for controling the quality ,with which can insure the quality of the extract effectivly.Fingerprint is a good technology to elevate the quality of herb medicine. The main active fraction can be extracted by HPLC. Fingerprint was studied and chromatographic parameter was acquired. The common 14 peaks were calibrated in the chromatograph by comparing the various extracts which were produced in different time. These common 14 peaks can be separated quite within 60 minutes.
