Shallow Needling For Treatment Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Acute Phase Of Clinical Observation

Purpose:The observation of the curative effect of the treatment of the shallow needling on treating the peripheral facial paralysis at the acute period is provided by an effective treatment of this disease. Method:60 patients of peripheral facial paralysis at the acute period are randomly divided into 30 for each: The treatment team is treated with integrated treatment of the therapy of shallow needling and western medicine and the contrast team is treated with western medicine only. The results were analyzed statistically in t,x~2 and Ridit test.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment team is 96.7%, and the contrast team is 70.0%. So the treatment team is superior to the contrast team (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of a combination of shallow needling and western medicine is significantly superior to the therapy of only western medicine.
