Different Peritoneal Dialysis Age Of Patients With Tcm Syndrome Distribution Characteristics And Related Factors Analysis

Objective:we discussion whether there is differenct between laboratory examination and peritoneal dialysis effect as well as Trandional Chinese Medicine-sign.And we also want to know that dialysis patients along with dialysis time extension their Trandional Chinese Medicine-sign change and whether there is difference.Of cause we need to make it clearly that the relationship between patient remaining kidney function and Chinese medicine symptom,and further more to discussion the feasibility for treatment with Chinese medicine.Methods:All patients are fetched from Wu Han first hospital nephropathy center, according to the duration of dialysis divided into A:dialysis time is less than one year,B: dialysis time equivalent to more than one year.All patients TCM and the permit and certification of dialectic,which explore different dialysis patients age TCM-distribution characteristics,and different type of permit patients to a series of biochemical blood analysis, type of certification and laboratory examination Intergovernmental relations.Results:The virtual group AB,with the exception of group deficiency of spleen and liver-kidney yin deficiency group,the other three types have significant differences(P＜0.05), AB group subscript is only dry winds have statistical significance(P＜0.05).serum creatinine analysis,group A,spleen and kidney Qi and Qiyinliangxu Syndrome-type,yin and yang deficiency compared statistically significant,Group B also reached the same conclusion,but no difference between the two groups AB;KT/V,Ccr analysis,spleen and kidney Qi and Qiyinliangxu Syndrome-type,yin and yang deficiency compared to a statistical significance in TCM-and Integral analysis,various types of group A in the test after q draw: Qi-splenorenal,spleen deficiency type,Qiyinliangxu Syndrome-and yin and yang deficiency, P＜0.01,a statistically significant difference in the type of group B,spleen and kidney and spleen and kidney Qi-Yang type,yin and yang deficiency,P＜0.05,Group AB serum calcium and phosphorus.Parathyroid hormone,albumin no difference,KT/V,Ccr and residual renal function and symptoms in patients with Chinese medicine integral no linear correlation.Conclusion:With the dialysis time,TCM-Spleen and Kidney Qiâ†'by a deficiency of spleenâ†'Qiyinliangxu Syndromeâ†'yin and yang deficiency progress in the trend of Chinese medicine and the trend of increased symptoms.
