PURPOSE:The subject finds an Chinese compound hebal protecting the optic nerve of primary glaucoma and provides more choice on medicine,through the dialectical therapy on the glaucoma patients whose IOP have been controlled and observating on movements of vision field,sight,OCT,repeated pressure,blood pressure and pulse,etc.METHODS The glaucoma patients whose IOP had been controled were divided into two groups,the first group of patients continue to use the drop in intraocular pressure eyes water(For use,unified use of Betaxolol, Brimonidine,lantanoprost three of one,two or three)on the basis of plus chinese medicine Prescriptions for using them,the second group of not using any chinese medicine.With reference to each patient based on the extent of damage to vision,glaucoma patients were divided into three groups by early period of progress and late,Six months later,compared with the vision field,sight,OCT,repeated pressure,blood pressure and pulse indicators of changes in medication before the general information of the two samples were analysed by t-test,recording information on the number of card-square test.Before and after repeated pressure medication,blood pressure,pulse,the optic nerve,fiber layer thickness OCT,Humphrey vision paired t test.Experimental data are X±S said,p<0.05 for statistical significance,for statistical analysis of the significance.RESULTS The experimental group compared with the control group,the early,mid-term vision of glaucoma patients have improved significantly, a statistical significance,and many times intraocular pressure,OCT results not statistically significant.CONCLUSIONS The experimental group has control of intraocular pressure for early and middle of the optic nerve in patients with glaucoma have a protective effect.
