Objective:To observe the symptom-sign of CAPD and research the relationship between symptom-sign and Intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH).To provide basis for Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Method:1,there are 60 cases in dialysis group which have been dialysis treated after June of 2006.we will observe the symptom-sign evolvement of the 60 cases.2,The diagnose-standard of TCM was regulated according to the guiding rules of clinical research of new cMnese medicine which editor by Chinese medicine publishing house in 2002 year.3,Make the TCM diagnose and lab inspect table.diagnose the symptom-sign of TCMbefore diagnose and after diagnose treatment,iPTH are observed after dialysis treatment in 6 months.According to iPTH, 60 cases have been devided into A group(iPTH>300pg/ml)30 cases and B group(iPTH≤300pg/ml)30 cases.4,Observe the distribution and alert of symptom-sign of CAPD;research the relationship between symptom-sign and iPTH.5,Observe the relationship between the symptom-sign of CAPD and iPTH.research the relationship between symptom-sign and biochemical indexes of blood.6,Statistic treatment:All datas use arithmetic mean±standard deviation express.Measurement data used t-text;Enumeration count data used chi-square test.P<0.05 means there had remarked difference.Result1.The distribution of TCM syndrome type in 60 cases after dialysis treatment:21 cases of Qi-Yin deficiency type,15 cases of Qi-deficiency of the spleen and kidney type,12 cases of gang-deficiency of the spleen and kidney type,7 cases of Yin-Yang deficiency type,5 cases of Yin-deficiency of the liver and kidney type.Two proup TCM symptom-complex compare between before and after dialysis teatment.A group TCM symptom-complex,which deficiency of Qi and Qi-Yin had remarked difference with before dialysis trantment(P<0.05).2.The distribution of TCM sydrome type in 60 cases after dialysis:23 cases of blood-stasis,15 cases of wind-dry,9 cases of damp-turbidity, 8 cases of damp,5 cases of damp-heat.Two proup TCM symptom-complex compare compare between before and after dialysis teatment.A group TCM symptom-complex,which deficiency of blood-stasis and wind-dry had remarked difference with before dialysis treatment(P<0.05).3.The distribution of TCM sydrome type of iPTH>300pg/ml in 60 cases after dialysis:2 cases of Qi-deficiency of the spleen and kidney type,11 cases of Yang-defiency of the spleen and kidney type,1 case of Yin-defiency of the liver and kidney type,10 cases of Qi-Yin defiency type and 6 cases of Yin-Yang deficiency.The incidence of iPTH>300pg/ml have remarked difference in Qi-deficiency of the spleen and kidney type,Yang-deficiency of the spleen and kidney type and Yin-Ynag deficiency type(P<0.05).4.The distribution of TCM sydrome type of iPTH>300pg/ml in 60 cases after dialysis:3 cases of damp,6 cases of damp-tubidity,3 cases of damp-heat,5 cases of blood stasis and 13 cases of wind-dry.The incidence of iPTH>300pg/ml have remarked difference in blood stasis and wind-dry (P<0.05).5.The relationship between symptom-sign and biochemical indexes of blood:compared with Qi-dificiency of the spleen and kidney type,the cases of Yang-deficiency of the spleen and kidney type and Yin-Yang deficiency type have lower indexes in Calcium and higher indexes in iPTH and Phosphate.There are remarked difference between the two types(P<0.05).6.Compared with wind-dry type,the cases of blood-stasis have lower indexes in iPTH and Phosphate and higher indexes in Calcium.there are remarked diffierence between the two types(P<0.05).7.The iPTH of the Syndromes of TCM from high to low is:Qi-deficiency type<Yin-deficiency type<Qi-Yin deficiency type<Yang-deficiency type<Yin-Yang deficiency type.8.The iPTH of the Syndromes of TCM from high to low is:blood-stasis type<damp-turbidity type<damp type<damp-heat type<wind-dry type.Conclution:1.After dialysis treatment,Qi-Yin deficiency type and blood-stasis are the most type in TCM.The distribution of TEN sydrome type in 60 cases after dialysis treatment:21 cases of Qi-Yin deficiency type,23 case of blood-stasis.Qi-deficiency of the spleen and kidney type,damp and damp-turbidity type are less than before dialysis treatment;Qi-Yin deficiency type,blood-stasis and wind-dry type are more than before dialysis treatment.The Syndromes of TCM will changed after dialysis treatment2.The Syndromes of TCM before dialysis have not impact on iPTH>300pg/ml,but impact on iPTH>300pg/ml after dialysis.3.After dialysis trantment,Yang-deficiency of the spleen and kidney type and wind-dry are the highest type in iPTH,Qi-deficiency of the spleen and kidney and blood-stasis types are the least type in iPTH.4.Qi-deficiency of the spleen and kidney and blood-stasis types are the highest types in Ca,but Yang-deficiency of the spleen and kidney type,Yin-deficiency and wind-dry are the least types.5.Yin-Yang deficiency type and wind-dry are the highest types in P, but Qi-deficiency of the spleen and kidney and blood-stasis types are the least types in the all.
