| Objective: To study the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine of rat's gastric ulcer with change of stress. By observing the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on rats with gastric ulcer under stress, and the change of cortisol content in their blood sera during the treatment, it is to confirm the effect of stress in curing gastric ulcer as well as the importance of the change of stress in this treatment. To observe the effect of medicine of unplugging and relieving liver-Qi depression was in the rat's gastric ulcer in the same level stress condition.Methods: Prepare male rats with gastric ulcer. Those rats would randomly be divided into four groups: the model group, the group under no stress, group under stress and anti-stress group. Respectively, the model group without any treatment, the group under no stress would be treated by Zuojinwan and a decoction for stomach lavage, group under stress would, under negative stress, be treated also by Zuojinwan and a decoction for stomach lavage, while the last group would, under negative stress, be treated also by Zuojinwan and a decoction for stomach lavage and Power of Chaihu Shugan. On the 14th day, all rats were examined about their cortisol content in blood sera and done biopsy of tissue around the ulcer. Result: 1.general condition: The mould group state of mind was bad, the hair hadn't the gloss, Anus hasn't pollution. The anti-stress group rat state of mind was good, the hair was suitable, it had a good appetite, the activity was normal. The no stress group rat state of mind was good, the hair was suitable, it has a good appetite, the activity was slightly few. The stress group rat state of mind was bad, the hair hadn't the gloss, the Anus pollution which it had the platoon soft then or the thin. 2. cortisol content change: The no stress group, the stress group, anti-stress group cortisol content was obviously higher than the mould group (p<0.01). The no stress group cortisol content was significantly reduced than the stress group (p <0.01).The anti-stress group cortisol content was significantly lower than the stress group (p<0.01). 3. gastric organization pathology change:â‘ The mould group serosa organizations had degeneration and necrosis, a large number infiltration of inflammatory cells. Inflammatory cell infiltrated mucous organizations.Smooth muscle myo-level structure was disarranged and massive inflammatory cell infiltrated.â‘¡Inflammation of serosa organization of the no stress group reduced. The inflammatory cell reduced and a few inflammatory exuded. Mucous organizational structure was almost normal, gland was almost normal, it has few inflammatory cell; Myo- level organization was almost normal and aligned, the inflammatory cell are few.â‘¢Many inflammatory exuded in serosa organization of the stress group and inflammatory cell infiltrated. The mucous organization had many inflammatory cells. Gland arrangement moderately disordered. The myo- level cell arrangement disordered. The myo- level cell had many inflammatory cell and inflammatory exudation.â‘£The exudation of serosa organization of anti-stress group reduced even to vanish. Inflammatory cell obviously reduced. The gland of the mucous organization restored. The mucous organization only had individual inflammatory cell. The muscle arrangement was clear in the myo- level. The myo- level only had few inflammatory cells.Conclusion: The change of stress can bring influence on the curative effect of rat gastric ulcer. The curative effect is better under no stress. Under continuous effect of stress from the outside, rat gastric ulcer is cured more slowly with worse recovery. Under the stress condition, Power of Chaihu Shugan was became a factor to intervene in the stress and promoted the gastric ulcer cicatrisation which explained Power of Chaihu Shugan had certain anti-stress effect. |
