Equiform and equally-distributed n-HAP could be made successfully at 90℃and 8h deposition used simple deposition in this research,when Ca(NO3)2 and(NH4)3PO4 was taken as the resoures.N-HAP was tested on characterization by x-ray Diffraction(XRD ), Transmission Electron Microscopy(SEM) and Electron Diffraction Electron Microscopy (EDEM).TEM shows that club-shaped n-HAP was equal on sizes,which average diameter is 30nm and length is 100nm.According to the EDEM data,the production is a multi-crystals with unabridged/perfect configuration.By comparation,the n-HAP we made is better than those reported by literature in many sides,such as crystal degree, shape,equality and size.The effect of reaction factors on n-HAP is studied in this research.It shows that temperature and the pH are the key factors.The n-HAP is steady just when the pH beyond 10.Raising the temperature is propitious to form nano-HAP crystal,and with the up temperature the shape of n-HAP changes from ball to stick and needle.The nano-scale fibrous PLLA/n-HA composite scaffold material series were prepared used thermally induced phase separation in this research,and was tested on characterization by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),universal material tester and degradation in vitro.The testing result shows that the porosity of the composite scaffold is as high as 90%. SEM's observation tells that the composite scaffold has a three-dimensional porous network nano-scale fibrous structure.According to the universal material tester's testing data,the compressive strength value of the composite scaffold can be maximally three times higher than that of the PLLA scaffold.The degradation in vitro shows that the pH value change of the hydrolyza-tion medium of the composite scaffolds is more slowly than that of the pure PLLA.Thus,compared with pure PLLA scaffold,the nano-scale fibrous PLLA/n-HA composite scaffold enhanced by n-HA is the best to be the tissue engineering scaffold material.
