Clinical Observation And Mechanism Of The The Shufeng Qingfei Decoction For Treatment Of Chronic Bronchitis With Acute Exacerbation Of Phlegm-heat Yu Lung

Objective:To observe the applied clinical efficacy of shu feng qing fei hua tan tang treating chronic bronchitis impatient flare up phase(sputum hot Yu lung certificate) clinic curative effect,reliability and security,and observe the experiment chronic bronchitis rats' blood and lung organization divide evenly thick fluid middle SOD vigour and MDA,NO contents with the curing of the soup.To Discuss and analyse the principium of the procedure.Method:(1) 120 patients of chronic bronchitis impatient flare up phase(sputum hot Yu lung certificate) were choosed.All of them were patients of Chengdu traditional Chinese medicine university breath internal medicine outpatient service receives and cures in 2006.1-2007.11.They were divide into two groups random,both of groups were 60 patients.One group were cured with shu feng qing fei hua tan tang while the other group were cured with fei li ke jiao nang.With 10 days treatment without exception,we analyse the efficiency,obvious efficiency,traditional Chinese medicine trsymptom improvement of the two groups.(2) 76 average step SD rats were choosed,They were divide into 7 groups random,both of groups were 10 rats with half male and half female.They were random marked high dosage,moderat dosage,low dosage of shu feng qing fei hua tan tang groups,fei li ke jiao nang groups,chronic bronchitis modle groups,normal groups and placebo treatment groups.With 10 days treatment,all the rats were killed,we tested all the rats' blood and lung organization divide evenly thick fluid middle SOD vigour and MDA,NO contents.Results:(1)clinical observation results were demonstrated dredging the groundless shu feng qing fei hua tan tang moderate dosage groups' total efficiency reched 91.67%while fei li ke jiao nang groups' reched 90%.The two groups have no statistic difference(P＞0.05);But the former appears charging rates for being 78.33%,obvious better than that the latter 61.67%(P＜0.05).Bad reactions have not seen in the two groups.(2) experiments results were demonstrated dredging the groundless the moderate dosage of shu feng qing fei hua tan tang and fei li ke jiao nang also could obviously improve the SOD vigour and NO contents while reduce MDA in the blood and lung organizing fruit.The two groups have no statistic difference(P＞0.05).Conelusion:Shu feng qing fei hua tan tang cures chronic bronchitis impatient flare up phase (sputum hot Yu lung certificate) having the clinical fine curative effect,the appear outstanding charging rates is outstanding good comparing with fei li ke jiao nang' s.The moderate dosage of shu feng qing fei hua tan tang and fei li ke jiao nang also could obviously improve the SOD vigour and NO contents while reduce MDA in the blood and lung organizing fruit..Shu feng qing fei hua tan tang can improving the body inner oxidizing eliminating airframe with disorderly antioxidation balance state,the effects such as balancing,lightening air flue inflammation reaction adjusting and keeping lung blood vessel Shu-to shrink is connected with..
