Form the optimal treatment precept of LDP which is cured by trampling with halluces manipulation paired with suppository of compound Chinese medicine.METHODS: Choose counterpoint with double blind of medicine, single blind of manipulation in random. Select one hundred and forty four patients suffered from LDP of blood stasis due to Cold accumulation. Group these people to three, and every group has forty eight people. In Trampling with halluces manipulation group, treat with trampling with halluces manipulation paired with placebo. In experimentation group, treat with trampling with halluces manipulation paired with Yaotonglin suppository. In Chinese materia medica suppository group, treat with analog trampling manipulation paired with Yaotonglin suppository. Observe integral of symptom and physical sign, integral of symptom, exponent of living lever. And compare curative effect guideline with safety guideline of iconography, microcirculation, neural electrophysiology, badness incident of clinical in each group after two periods of treatment (two weeks). The result uses SPSS13.0 to carry on the statistical analysis.RRESULTS: The differences between before and after treatment of integral of symptom physical sign and exponent of living lever have statistical meaning in each group own (P<0.05). The same between experimentation group and Chinese materia medica suppository group. And the same in their own group, except Chinese materia medica suppository group. The differences between before and after treatment which are about microcirculation of lumbar and lower limb have statistical meaning in Trampling with halluces manipulation group and experimentation group (P<0.05). And also the microcirculation of lower limb of Chinese materia medica suppository group. The differences of the same guideline have statistical meaning in three groups (P<0.05). The differences between before and after treatment which are amplitude of common peroneal nerve, amplitude of tibial nerve, F reaction, H reflect, somatic sense evoked potential of lower limb, cutireaction delitescence of lower limb's sympathetic nerve, and extent have statistical meaning in three groups their own(P<0.05).CONCLUSION : Trampling with halluces manipulation combinating Yaotonglin suppository is in force to be used to treat LDP in clinic. And this manipulation can strengthen curative effect of Yaotonglin suppository. It is obviously increases the high of lumbar vertebrae interspace, and forces nucleus pulposus to go back. It also improves the micro circulation, correct nerve root's trophopathy. Speeds up injury nerve to repair, promote to restore innervations' function. Promote the patients' quality of life.
