The established methods stable,reliable,reproducible,simple and easy.Water,total ash and acid-insoluble ash,extractum,caffeine content in green teas come from different areas,different harvest time,different part,ifferent methods of processing has been determined,the results showed that:water in sample is up to 8.6%, the lowest is 6.6%,with an average of 7.4%;total ash is up to 6.51%,the lowest is 3.81%,with an average of 5.0%;acid-insoluble ash is up to 0.83%,the lowest is 0.28%,with an average of 0.48%;extractum content is up to 50.55%,the lowest is 38.85%,with an average of 45.37%;caffeine content is up to 3.62%,the lowest is 1.86%,with an average of 2.75%.Based on the findings,with the actual production information,we have instituted water,total ash and acid-insoluble ash,heavy metals and harmful elements,pesticide residue limits of standards.The water shall not be 9.0 percent,the ash may not be 7.0%,acid-insoluble ash shall not be 1.0 percent,heavy metals lead may not have 5/10~6,cadmium may not have 3/10~7,copper may not have 20/10~6,arsenic may not have 2/10~6,mercury may not have 2/10~7.Pesticide 666,DDT may not have 2/10~7, quintozene may not have 1/10~7;We also have instituted extractum and indicators of the components in the very least.70 percent ethanol extract of shall not be less than 36%and caffeine content shall not be less than 1.5%.It provide a reference for controlling of green tea's medicinal quality.We established TLC method of raw materials in the TFT and imperatorin HPLC content anlysis method,which laid the foundation for quality standards of the TFT depth researching.This text,in accordance with Pharmacopoeia(the version of 2005,vol 1) and quality standards for green,analysis raw substances of TFT,the result shows that all the index is qualification.
