Integrative Research Progress In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina And Clinical Observation Summary

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the integrated traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine(integrated TCM—WM) on unstable anginaMethods:Forty two cases of unstable angina(UA) were divided randomly into two groups:treatment group and control group,twenty one cases each group Routine therapeutic measures of western medicine were used to the control group,such as methods of anti-cogulation,anti-platelet aggregation,anti-myocardial ischemia,and stabilization of plaque etc;besides the routine therapeutic measures,under the theary of warm yang and tonify qi,dredge the collaterals,we choose the formular Guizhi plus Fuzi Decoction and Shenfu Decoction.After 14 days' treatment,effect indexes like changes of features of angina and other related symptoms,dosage of nitroglycerin, CRP,Fib,ECG and safety indexes such as ALT.BUN.CR in serum were observed.Results:It was found that the treatment group is better than the control group is better than the control group in alleviating angina symptoms and reducing dosage of nitroglycerin.The treatment group in the improvement angina pectoris symptom, reduces aspects and so on blasting oil amount used and improvement Chinese medicine symptom surpasses the pure doctor practicing western medicine to treat obviously.Also does not have the harm to the hepatorenal function.Conclusion:The integrated TCM-WM treatment can aliviate angina symptoms, reduce dosage of nitroglycerin and correspondingly,improve patients' living quality.
