Angiotensin Ii Receptor Antagonist With A Preliminary Summary Of The Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease

The chronic kidney disease(CKD) is one of the major diseases that affect human health.The epidemiological study shows that the incidence rate of CKD in China reaches to 10%.Proteinuria,the sign of CKD,has great clinical significance in diagnoses,curative evaluation and prognoses.During the long-time clinical practice,Professor Sun Jianshi summarized a treatment scheme on CKD using traditional Chinese herbs combined with ARB(angiotensin receptorⅡblocker). This paper is to summarize the curative effect and treating experience of Professor Sun.Retrospective study is used in our study 137 cases of CKD patients were collected,and all of them were using Professor Sun's treatment scheme.The results were obtained by contrasting the patient's disease condition of pre-treatment and post-treatment.The results were as follows:1.The proteinuria decreased to more than 50%in 116 cases,and the 50% remission rate was 84.7%,the average time of 50%remission was 4.35 months. The proteinuria of all the patients decreased 1400mg in 24months,and the descent rate was 85%comparing to first visit.2.The different degrees of proteinuria led to the different release results.In microalbuminuria patients,the 50%remission rate was 70.8%,and the average time of 50%remission was 4.35 months.In small quality proteinuria patients,the 50%remission rate was 91.3%,and the average time of 50%remission was 4.68 months.In medium quality proteinuria patients,the 50%remission rate was 88.5%, and the average time of 50%remission was 4.28 months.In generous quality proteinuria patients,the 50%remission rate was 77.8%,and the average time of 50%remission was 2.64 months.3.The different degrees of proteinuria led to the different release rate:In all degrees of proteinuria patients,the proteinuria decreased fastest at the first 6 months,and then the decrease rate became slowly.In the four degrees of patients, the generous quality proteinuria patients decreased fastest.4.The different disease types of the patients led to the different release result: In 118cases of primary kidney disease,the 50%remission rate was 84.7%,and the average time of 50%remission was 4.46 months.Among them,34 cases of IgA nephropathy,the 50%remission rate was 88.2%,and the average time of 50% remission was 3.17 months.11 cases of membranous nephropathy,the 50% remission rate was 63.6%,and the average time of 50%remission was 6.50 months. Among 19cases of secondary kidney disease,diabetic nephropathies were 3 cases, the 50%remission rate was 66.7%,and the average time of 50%remission was 1.5 months.5.With the treatment of Professor Sun's treatment scheme,the proteinuria of 77cases decreased to below 300mg,which was 56.2%to the all.The proteinuria of 39 cases decreased to below 150mg,which was 28.5%to the all.6.62 cases released 50%in 3 months,and the blood pressure of them decreased 16.45mmHg.The average dose of ARB was 168.55mg/day.7.13 cases(9.5%) had the diet control,and the 50%remission rate of all these patients were 100%.The average time of 50%remission was 3.23 months.This paper raised the concept of curative effect rate,and gave an effective treating method.The role of traditional Chinese medicine on treating CKD was also investigated.
