Coronary Heart Disease In Patients With Chronic Cardiac Insufficiency Cardiac Function And Tcm Syndrome Research

Chronic heart failure is known as a major disease impacting on human health in the 21st century,because of its high incidence,prevalence rate,death rate,high morbidity,costs,and become a serious health problem worldwide,researches of chronic heart failure have aroused worldwide attention.At present,the epidemiological survey found that coronary heart disease is the first cause of heart failure.In recent years,Chinese medicine practitioners and scholars made a lot of successful experience from different angles of chronic heart failure etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome classification and treatment research.For various reasons and various types of heart disease reaching a certain stage of development may occur with heart failure,and the original cause of the incidence of chronic heart failure has a great impact on its clinical manifestations,symptoms,treatment and prognosis. For different primary disease in patients with chronic heart failure syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine research is currently very little study.This study collected in January 2008 to December 2008 in Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dongzhimen Hospital in-patient treatment of coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure caused by a total of 93 cases,carried out in patients with chronic heart failure coronary heart disease TCM syndrome typing and cardiac function status of the relevance of research,attempting to coronary heart disease in chronic heart failure syndrome diagnosis of traditional Chinese Medicine to provide a new basis for the inspection and use of modern technology to check the expansion of Chinese medicine to extend the "four diagnostic methods" and to guide the treatment.This thesis is divided into two parts.Theoretical study for the first part of the review is divided into two."Chronic Heart Failure Progress in Medical Research of the West"from the concept,classification,epidemiology,etiology, pathophysiology,clinical assessment,treatment and other aspects were reviewed on CHF.Another would be for chronic heart failure in recent years in traditional Chinese medicine research summarized,grouped into the second review—"Chronic Heart Failure Progress in Study Chinese Medicine",Chinese medicine for chronic heart failure disease,pathogenesis,TCM syndrome typing,syndrome differentiation,the objective of syndrome diagnosis in the areas of medical research over the past decade are reviewed.The second part is about clinical research.The purpose of this study of coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure due to the TCM syndrome type of cardiac systolic and diastolic function and the relevance of research,in order to use modern techniques to improve the accuracy of the dialectic of Chinese medicine and to guide clinical treatment.This study observed a total of 93 cases of clinical cases.Zheng Xiaoying editor-in-chief in the 2002 edition of "Chinese Medicine Clinical Research Guiding Principles" of "Chinese Medicine Treatment of Heart Failure Clinical Research Guiding Principles" for the diagnostic criteria.And there are five types according to the TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria for syndrome differentiation,syndrome of qi deficiency of heart and lung,syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin,syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency,syndrome of deficiency of heart and kidney,syndrome of water overflowing due to yang deficiency. Of coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure and cardiac systolic and diastolic function of TCM syndrome-related research,trying to observe from a different perspective of coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine distribution,to identify some specific objective indicators,it is used for Chinese medicine of the dialectic of coronary heart disease patients with chronic heart failure,so that more objective dialectic and fine,thus contributing to the wealth of material dialectical conclusions and form consensus,and Chinese medicine theory to provide a new basis for syndrome differentiation.The results showed that 93 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure,the early course of disease is main of syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin,as the disease development of a multi-appearance of syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency,often the latter course is syndrome of water overflowing due to yang deficiency;General syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency in patients with the most,patients with severe heart failure with the largest proportion of syndrome of water overflowing due to yang deficiency.Syndrome of water overflowing due to yang deficiency of coronary heart disease in chronic heart failure,the indicators of cardiac pump function(Left ventricular ejection fraction,the largest rate of the late mitral filling)are significantly lower.On the above findings of clinical coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure and treatment of the dialectical prompted a certain significance.
