1 Obiective1.1 To observe the effect of Bufei Yishen Huayu liquid on the Lung-Kidney Qixu Xueyu Tanzu syndrome of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD).1.2 The treatment of COPD observation period of stability before and after treament and clinical efficacy of serum tumor nercrosis factor-a(TNF-a),transforming growth factor-β_TGF-β1 levels.1.3 The changes of TNF-a and TGF-β₁ before and after the treament,Intervention Bufei Yishen Huayu airway remodeling thepossible mechanisms.2 MethodAccording to random,double bilnd,double imitate and control principle,60 patients with COPD at stationary phase(level 0-â…¡)were divided in to therapeutic group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).30 control group patients:gradeâ… gives ventolin 200ug,grade IIgives adds Atrovent 40ug,tid.Therapeutic group takes orally BUFEI YISHEN HUAYU,100ml,rid,above treament.Both groups were conducted health educaiton and smokeing cessation,oxygen.Comparing the change between pro and after treament about TNF-a,and TGF-β₁ levels.3 Results3.1 Bufei Yishen Huayu Tang can effectively improve the symptoms of COPD(compared with the control group,P＜0.05).3.2 Bufei Yishen Huayu Tang can effectively improve the syndromes of COPD(compared with the control group,P＜0.05).3.3 The pulmonary function such as FEV1%and FEV1/FVC were increased more significantly than that in control group(P＜0.05). 3.4 Tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)intreatment group were decreased more significantly than that in contorl group(P＜0.05).3.5 After treament,the levels of TGF-β₁ was more significantly decreased than that in contorl group(P＜0.05).4 Conclusion4.1 Bufei Yishen Huayu has the significant effect on improved the patients with stable COPD symptoms,syndrome and pulmonary function.4.2 The therrapeutic mechanism is an-inflammatory and intervention the space of airway remodeling.The mechanism of airway remodeling is associated with the anti-inflammatory and reduce the level of TGF-β₁.
