Hbeag-positive Chronic Hepatitis B Of Tcm Hou Distribution Law

Objective:Exploration HBeAg positive CHB TCM syndrome distribution of the characteristics and to clarify the nature of the disease. TCM diagnosis to the CHB dialectical systematic and standardized for the CHB TCM treatment, in combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and provide a theoretical basis guiding.Method:collecting cases both in wards and clinics in affiliated hospital of Chengdu TCM University according to four diagnostic methods of CTM. Then founding a data base according to cases data and analyze it with software spss13.0.Result:Frequency analysis and factor analysis showed that pathological CHB HBeAg positive factors for Damp, stagnant Qi, heat evil, blood stasis, spleen-deficiency, regression analysis and cluster analysis showed that HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B TCM Syndrome main types of hot and humid spleen deficiency, Dampness spleen deficiency-type, QI-Lag blood stasis, with stagnation of the four categories.Conclusion:the TCM Syndromes of CHB main types of hot and humid spleen deficiency, spleen deficiency Damp and QI-Lag blood stasis, with Qi stagnation of the four categories; pathological factors for Damp, stagnant Qi, heat evil, blood stasis, spleen-deficiency; disease Located mainly in the spleen and stomach.
