PartⅠ:rhegmatogenous retinal detachment Perioperative TCM-studyObjective:By analyzing 90 cases of retinal detachment(RRD) in patients with clinical data, concluded RRD Perioperative the TCM and the distribution of TCM-change characteristics,so as to provide Chinese medicine treatment RRD clinical reference.Methods:Screening in July 2006 - 2007 December Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Eye for the RRD confirmed 90 cases of patients were recorded age,gender,other eye,the course,whether the history of eye injury,refraction, the number of holes,shape,Location,scope of retinal detachment,vitreous turbidity,proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR) classification,such as surgical treatment,the patients before and after operation for TCM type,and its analysis before and after operation TCM - Type characteristics and the reasons for change.All data are used spss13.0 analysis software package for statistical analysis.Results:1.90 cases RRD patients,spleen deficiency of the former divided into 42 cases of generic wetlands,accounting for 46.7 percent,35 cases of liver-kidney yin deficiency,accounting for 38.9 percent,the sequence of stasis of 13 cases, accounting for 14.4 percent after divided into Hot on the disturbance of the liver in 11 cases,accounting for 12.2 percent,spleen deficiency wet generic 12 cases, accounting for 13.3 percent,29 cases of liver-kidney yin deficiency,accounting for 32.2 percent,phlegm and blood stasis among junction 38 cases,accounting for 42.3 percent.2.Age,gender,retinal hole number,location and scope of retinal detachment,vitreous turbidity level of grading,PVR grade,before and after operation in RRD different vision,and other TCM-the difference between a statistically significant(P＜0.05 ),While other eye,the course,refraction,and so different in RRD-TCM between the difference was not significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:1.RRD spleen deficiency in patients with preoperative divided into wet vague threads stasis,liver-kidney yin deficiency 3,with the main generic spleen deficiency wet,followed by liver-kidney yin deficiency and stasis of context.2.RRD patients with liver heat into disturbing,Spleen wet pan-,liver-kidney yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis guitarⅣ,with phlegm and blood stasis guitar-oriented,followed by liver-kidney yin deficiency,Spleen wet Pan, Heat-liver disturbing.3.RRD reset varying degrees postoperative visual acuity improved,but trauma is RRD preoperative and postoperative changes in TCM-key. PartⅡ:Huayu Sanjie tablets on rhegmatogenous retinal reattachment after the intervention of uveitisObjective:Huayu Sanjie observed in the treatment of uveitis RRD reattachment of the clinical efficacy for the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine RRD PVR after the occurrence of the development of clinical reference.Methods:Screening in July 2006 - 2007 December Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Eye diagnosed as RRD parallel with the successful reduction of 90 cases(92 eyes) were divided into three groups,Group 1,Group 2,Group 3,each Group of 30 cases,the conventional intravenous antibiotics and glucocorticoid,in the first five days after the beginning were given prednisone acetate film(Group 1),Huayu Sanjie tablets(Group 2),prednisone acetate Huayu Sanjie-film+(Group 3) required for 30 days,respectively after the commencement of the treatment of the patients were followed up every week and record of visual acuity,the anterior chamber inflammation,and vitreous opacity PVR,such as grading,to observe Its uveitis after the clinical efficacy.All data are used spss13.0 analysis software package for statistical analysis.Results:1.After 30 days of observation of the three groups can promote the absorption of vitreous opacity,three groups of vitreous turbidity levels had a significant difference(P＜0.05);prednisone tablets and tablet + Huayu Sanjie was significantly better than other two Group and phlegm and blood stasis inter-card statements other than the effect of three-card,prednisone tablets Huayu Group and the group between Sanjie-There was no significant difference.(P＞0.05).2.Observation of the three groups after 30 PVR and visual function has improved, but little improvement,the difference was not significant(P＞0.05). Conclusion:Huayu Sanjie film and glucocorticoids combined with ease vitreous opacities,and promote the recovery of visual function that Huayu Sanjie tablets on RRD with uveitis after intervention.
