Particles Of Milk Through The Postpartum Rat Model Of The Role Of Prolactin And Its Mechanism Of Action Study

Objective:To observe the Lactagogue effect of RuTong Granule which can dredge the channels by sooting the liver on rats with puerperal hypogalactia.To analyze the pharmacalynamics of RuTong Granul by means of calculating milk yield of female rats and detecting PRL level.Methods:The adult SD rats were selected and randomly divided into six groups,namely normal control group,model control group,RuTong hingh-dose control group,RuTong middle-dose control group,RuTong low-dose control group and RuQuan positive control group. Rat models of chronic renal failture were induced by perfusion into stomach with Bromocriptinum from postpartum second day.The treatment period for all groups was 7 days expect for normal control group.At 8th days,the level of PRL was determined and morphological observation of mammary tissue and pituitary tissue were carried out following COL therapy given and the milk yield was calculated.Results:1.Compared with model group,RuTong Granule groups can increase the serum PRL levels gradually,and the RuTong high-dose control group was significantly higher than that of model group(p＜0.05).2.RuTong Granules can promote mammary gland acilar number of lactation rats,dilatation of gland ducts,pituitary eosinophil larger and its number increased.3.Under Electron microscope,we can observe that Rutong Granules in each dose group made the number of prolactin cell secretory granules increased,endoplasmic reticulum rich and Golgi complex developed.4.Rutong granules can increase the milk volume of lactation rats.Conclusion:RuTong Granule can promote secretion of latex by means of increased PRL level and expedite secretion channels.
