| Aim: Clinical Observation of after PTCA Treated by the Qi Benefiting and Blood Activating Method and Restenosis after PTCA.Methods: 40 patients with successful procedures of percutaneous transluminal corohary angioplasty (PTCA) were random divided into 2 groups,routine modern medicine managements for the control group (20 patients) ,the same managements and additional the Compound Traditional Chinese Medicines for the treatment group (20 patients). The treatment courses were 3 months. followed up for 6 months.After treatment ,observe the clinical symptom,ECG,the incidence of angina pectoris and the incidence of restenosis after PTCA.Results: In respects of clinical symptoms, Improvement of Myocardial Ischemia, reduce the incidence of angina pectoris, reduce the incidence of restenosis after PTCA, effects in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Compound Traditional Chinese Medicines of the the Qi Benefiting and Blood Activating Method can increase the clinical effectiveness of after PTCA Treated,prevent the incidence of restenosis after PTCA. |
