Neuroendocrine-immunologic network theory is the fundament of neuroimmunology. To establish the anatomic construction of the neuroendocrine-immunologic network requests the cooperation between the multi-subjects study in neuroimmunology,neuroanatomy,neurophysiology and neuroendocrinology. Based on the prophase work , we used the gene array technique to detect the functional correlation signals and to explore the signal conduction pathway for neuro-immuno-modulation. The core of the empirical study in this thesis is to identify the possible mechanisms of the LH and AA encephalic region for neuro-immuno-modulation and to provide experiment evidence for illumination the anatomic construction of the Neuroendocrine-immunologic network.To compare with the genetic expression spectra of normal controls , there are 530 differential expression genes related with neuroimmunoregulation in LH and AA encephalic region of the experimental rats. Among the total, there are 275 genes of which the function is known genes. Many important signaling molecules encoded by these differential expression genes including membrane receptor,neuromediator,protein kinase/ phosphotase,micromolecule GTPase superfamily,cystoskeleton associated protein,transcription factors and so on.. the expression of these signaling molecules indicated that many related signal pathways have been to switch on for manifold neurophysiologic activities including transmitter release,synapse plasticity,regulating apoptosis,neuron regeneration and so on. To analyze the relationship between these signaling molecules and the related signal pathway, we considered that the neuron functional activity mode in neuro-immuno-modulation functional correlationencephalic region included: 1)release synthesized neurotrans -mitter; 2) to start transcription for functional correlation genes and synthesis signaling molecules for neuro-immuno-modulation; 3) to construct specificity impulse conduction circuit for neuro-immuno-modulation by synapse remodeling,a neuron poptosis and regeneration; 4) to synthesize neuroendocrine hormone and neuropeptide for neuro-immuno-modulation through HPA axis.neuro-immuno-modulation is a complicated process for adjusting physiological function. Existing multiplicity of signal,pathway and regulation modality is consistent with the basic regulation mode of neuro-physiological function. Nevertheless, contrary to the classic neuro-physiological function regulation mode, a part of neurons to execute neuro-immuno-modulation function down-regulate the network activity by apoptosis . this particular respond mode of neurons in neuro-immuno-modulation encephalic region is advantageous for maintain the specificity for immune events in neuro-immuno-modulation.
