Objective In this study,after clinical observation,we try to verificate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the preventing restenosis of DAO patients after PTA,which have the function of benefiting Qi and promoting blood circulation, dissolving phlegm and detoxification.Methods:56 cases of patients with DAO given below-knee angioplasty(PTA) treatment,after surgery routine postoperative anticoagulation,thrombolysis, antiplatelet therapy,32 cases of which can accept long-term oral administration of Chinese medicine,as the observation group,and 24 cases of non - Oral medicine for the control group.Monitoring of patients with preoperative and postoperative symptoms and signs 0,7,14,28,180 days,plasma C-RP and limb ABI,TCPO2, vascular color Doppler ultrasound ofsurgical site.Statistical analysis and comparison of observations by the groups.Statistical methods:SPSS16.0 and SAS package used for data processing.Results:56 cases of this group of patients with DAO,successful below-knee artery PTA,according to the observation after PTA,we find that that the symptom score, ABI,TCPO2 and morphological description of color Doppler of observation group are better than the control group,C-RP level was no significant difference.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine which have the function of benefiting Qi and promoting blood circulation,dissolving phlegm and detoxification,can play certain clinical role in prevention of restenosis after PTA in DAO patients,C-RP can not be forecast and evaluation as an effective indicator of restenosis.
