| This paper is composed mainly based on the reference of the Lingnan doctors' "Warm" disease case studies and their Chinese medical books.This paper aims to understand their medical theories on preventing and curing the "Warm" diseases. Certain statistical analysis is also undertaken on their Chinese medicine usages especially on the medical treatments on "Wetness-warm" diseases,"Dryness-Warm" diseases and "Heat-Warm disease accumulated with wetness".In consideration of climate and geographical environment in Lingnan region,"Warm" disease is mainly caused by the high humid climate.Eliminating the "wetness" inside the body is one the major medical treatment on "warm" disease.The diagnosis theories of repelling the wet-evil amongst the Lingnan doctors are mostly focusing on dispersing evil,clearing away heat,resolving wetness and reinforcing the vital(qi) circulation. |
