Goal:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jingqianan tablet of treating premenstural syndrome(PMS) in clinical trail,and to supply scientific evidences for the clinical usage of Jingqianan tablet. As the change of social-psychological-medical pattern,more and more researches into the premenstrual syndrome(PMS),the incidence of which is comparatively high and which greatly affects women's life and work,are carried out.So,looking for a kind of valid method that prevent from have a abortion to have the actively clinical meaning and social meanings.To observe the therapeutic effect of Chaihushugan San on Premenstrual syndrome of the type of Stagnation of the liver-qi.Method:In clinical research,30 patients of Stagnation of the liver-qi were treated and we compared the pain level of before and after treating and judged curative effect after 3 courses of treatment to observe its clinical effect.Results:Twenty one were cured. seven got better and two developed into miscarriage later. The total efficiency is 93.33%.Conclusion : Chinese medicine on this disease could adjust the endocrine and immunological function,ameliorate clinical symptom.
