Objective:To discuse the diagnosis and treatment of lumber spinal stenosisMethods:46 cases of lumber spinal stenosis were selected and the diagnostic and theractic efficacy were analysised. They were respectively examined by CT,4Cases were treated with nonopreative therpy(A group). 42 cases were treated with operative therpy . 18 cases helonged to Omni lamina of wertehbra recection(B group).6 cases were helonged to sem Lanima of vertebra recection (C group) 8 cases belonged to fenestration decompression (D group). The therapentic efficacy were compared analysised and treated with statistical method between the four group. Results:The rate of CT examing accord were proved to be 93% by operation. The excellent rate of group A is 25%. group B is 88.9%. group C is 66.6%. group D is 77.8%. The result of atstistical treatment demonatreted. That the difference between the nonoperative group and operative group statistical significance(P<0.01) and that the difference between the three operative groups has not statistical significance(P>0.05)Conclusion:1 Most lumber spinal stenosis case are treated by operative therapy and the earlier period can be treated by nonoperative therapy. The bey to operative therapy is adequate and effective decompression.22 That the difference between nonopreative therpy group and wertehbra recection(p<0.05). that the difference between the wertehbra recectionand and fenestration decompression has not statistical significance(P>0.05)...
