Objective: To observe the supine position to massae therapy-based treatment of cervicogenic headache clinical efficacy.Methods: 60 cases of this topic will be cervicogenic headache were randomly divided into two groups to conduct clinical observation. Application of the treatment group supine massage therapy, the application of the control group of conventional massage. Treatment time were 10 days for a course of treatment, and shall not more than three treatment courses (30 days), conducted separately in two groups of patients before and after the treatment group comparison, and to compare efficacy between the two groups.Results: The supine massage therapy group 30 cases: 22 cases of clinical recovery, 7 cases markedly effective, effective 1 cases, invalid 0 cases; conventional massage therapy group 30 cases: 15 cases of clinical recovery, effective six cases, nine cases of valid and invalid 0 cases.Conclusion: After two groups of patients before and after the treatment efficacy of the statistical analysis, supine massage and conventional massage for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc has a good effect, but the supine position slightly superior to conventional massage massage for the neck source headache massage provides a preferred means of treatment.
