| Objective:In order to investigate the effects of Yanggan Jieyu Keli to the rat model of chronic liver injury and separate bree with CUMS on behaviors,hypothalamic neurotran -smitter(5-HT) . To discuss the mechanism of the Yanggan Jieyu Keli.Methods:1. Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: blank array, Yigan Yiqi Jieyu Keli array, the diminutive,midst,large dose of Yanggan Jieyu Keli,Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsules array; Dividatur the rats into 8 groups randamly:blank array, chronic hepatic injury and stress depression model array,chronic hepatic injury model array, Yigan Yiqi Jieyu Keli array,Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsules array,the diminutive,midst,large dose of Yanggan Jieyu Keli. 2. To the mice forced swimming test. The model was established by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride and separate bree with CUMS. 3. Measurements in each group of mice swimming immobility time .The rats' weight, the Open-field test, monoamine neurotransmitters (5-HT) in hypothalamus of rats were measured during the experiment,and liver pathology was observed. Results:Yanggan Jieyu Keli swimming particles can be shortened the immobility time in mice. Yanggan Jieyu Keli can improve the rats' weight, the Open-field test, monoamine neurotransmitter(5-HT)in hypothalamus and liver pathology.Conclusion:We can produce the chronic liver injury and separate bree with CUMS model of rats successfully by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride and separate bree with CUMS. 2.The consequence to the research manifest that:Yanggan Jieyu swimming particles can be shortened the immobility time in mice, the role of stress rather fluoxetine hydrochloride group;Yanggan Jieyu Keli can improve the weight, the Open-field test,sucro seintake , monoamine neurotransmitters in hypothalamus,liver pathobiology of the rats in a certain extent. On the whole, it is effective than the positive control group. 3. Yanggan Jieyu Keli had the effect of liver protective and antidepressant, and is worthy of further study and development. |
