Outreach Shaping Clinical Research, With The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Treatment Of Children With Femoral Head Necrosis

Purpose:Summarize the therapeutic effect of comprehensive therapy abducent modelling with Chinese medicine in the tretment of perthes disease。Material and method:Select 58 patients(70 hips) from oct 2004 to January 2008.patients were treated with abducent modelling and Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the mark criterion formulated by liao qiande:excellent,better,good,unchanged.Results:all the patients were followed up 1 to 4 years,hips were excellent, were better and was good.Conclusion:abducent modelling with Chinese medicine is good for the treatment of perthes disease,this method is simple and with no operation and with satisfactory effect.
