V 9 The Sticking Intervention Children Asthma In Remission Of Clinical Efficacy And Theoretical Research

Purpose:1,To approach the clinic curative effect of point application therapy in the prevention and treatment of childhood asthma catabasis through putting the point application mastic produced by Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM on the children's points who was in the asthma catabasis to observe the improvement syndrome and penthemeron of Traditional Chinese Medicine, clinical symptom and quality of life with the aim to search an effective Traditional Chinese Medicine which could prevent and treat the childhood asthma thoroughly.2,Illustrate the mechanism of action of present external treatment, and observe the secondary action and adverse reaction to provide theory foundation for the pharmaceutical formulation, the choice of points and time of point application, dosage form improvement and clinic generalization.Material and method: All the cases were from the children participated into the point application therapy in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM on dog-days in 2008. The cases consistent with the diagnostic criteria of asthma catabasis in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine were internalized. The point application mastic were put on the double points of Dingchuan, Feishu, Gaohuang and Shanzhong. According to the children's tolerance degree, duration of point application therapy was 0.5-2 hours per-time. Develop the questionnaires of syndrome and penthemeron of Chinese medicine for bronchial asthma, which obtain the permission of children, including their clinic syndrome and penthemeron, course of disease, history of hypersensitiveness, family history and basic condition. Out-patient clinic and telephone follow-up visit were applied from the first day of observation, which should be at least 2 times monitoring memorizes within 6 months and memorize the syndrome and penthemeron of Chinese medicine, clinical symptom and cutaneous reaction after point application therapy. All the children were grouping in Chinese medicine and pathogenetic condition by grouping criteria of asthma catabasis and grading criteria in traditional Chinese medicine. After observation, SPSS13. 0 software was applied to statistical analysis the accumulative scores .Results:1.Curative effect analysis of single entry syndrome and penthemeron: There existed significant improvement in the syndrome of children's cough, stethocatharsis, spontaneous perspiration, night sweat, feverish palms and soles, loose stool, dry stool and debilitation (P>0. 05).2. The comparison of curative effect and basic information: There was no statistical significance between the curative effect of point application and gender; But significant varieties were existed between the age and course of disease(P<0.05), which demonstrated that younger the child was, longer the course of treatment of point application, more evident the curative effect was.3. Curative effect analysis of syndrome and penthemeron of Traditional Chinese Medicine: Data analysis demonstrated that there existed statistical significance between the curative effect of point application and differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine (P>0. 05), the total effective rate of Lung-Qi deficiency type children was significant higher than the Temper deficiency and kidney-Qi deficiency type.4.Analysis of safety evaluation: There was no secondary action and severe adverse reaction of cutaneous covering during the course of treatment.Conclusion:1.Point application therapy could improve the syndrome and penthemeron of Traditional Chinese Medicine of childhood asthma catabasis, and there was significant deviation before and after point application. The therapy combined with the time treatment called "heaven time and solar term" as dog-days and winter days, which used the mechanisms of Yin and Yang Qi in the nature with the same as integrated Qi in the body, Yang was nourished in the spring and summer, and Yin was nourished in the autumn and winter. 2.The present therapy could supply the healthy energy exhausted in the body, dissipate the root of the evil factor, delay the progress of pathogenetic condition toimprove the children's quality of life,3.This is a satisfactory external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in preventingand treating childhood asthma catabasis and was deserved clinic generalization andapplication.
