China Epimedium Epimedium Large Flower Groups Taxonomic Identification And Medicinal Quality Research

There are about 55 species of Epimedium L. in the world which were placed in two sections,the large-flowered taxa and the small-flowered taxa. There are about 27 species of large flowers. This thesis deals with relatively systematic taxonomic studies on 27 species of the large -flowered taxa in Chian,including survey on the document,morphology and form of the non-glandularhair and the contents of icariin and total flavonoids and Epimedins C of above mentioned Epimedium herbs from different origin and different species and different parts were determinded. At the same time, a fingerprint of Epimedium acuminatum research.The taxonomic researches on the large -flowered taxa were made through specimens identification and open field survey .The key of their botanical morphology was provided.The contents of icariin and total flavonoids and Epimedins C were determined by means of HPLC and UV of Epimedium is the large-flowered taxa of Chinese medicine (aerial parts). The results showed that the contents of different active ingredients of different types of different origin of Epimedium L. medicine. The quality achieved the standard of"china pharmacopoeia"of 2005 of part of origin of E.cuminatum and E.wushanense, and the highest in Xingyi Guizhou of E.cuminatum in which the content of Epimedins C higher, much higher than icariin.The contents of icariin and total flavonoids in E.cuminatum,E.wushanense,E.pauciflorum and E.chlorandrum and the others from different medicinal parts were determinded. The results showed that the same change of them was leaf>root> stem;The results showed that the production of Epimedium medicine, from the point of view of resources of the protection, rational use and sustainable development, to take advantage of the aerial for the better part of.
