Human uterus is the life-sustaining individual organ between mother and offspring. As a organ for life-bred and initial growth, it has certain features, in case of no or failed implant mensturation occurs, growth of the fertilized egg to adapt to a series of changes, etc. This is controlled by cyclical changes in pituitary-ovarian axis hormones. With the mature follicle and ovulation, the body's estrogen and progesterone have also undergone cyclical fluctuations. The cyclical fluctuations of estrogen and progesterone are the direct cause of the menstrual phenomenon.It can be seen that the uterus is the hormone-sensitive organ, so the uncertainty of hormones will produce the abnormal changes in the uterus. Clinically, abnormal endometrial bleeding is an important'clinical phenomenon which cause problems of clinical obstetrics and gynecology and family planning practice. Abnormal endometrial bleeding is relative to the normal cyclical bleeding. Therefore, to clarify the causes of the general cyclical bleeding has some significance to the study of abnormal bleeding of the endometrial.Progesterone is a class of very important gonad steroid hormones with independent physiological function in female animal's body. Past research suggests that progesterone is an important factor in uterine bleeding periodically. In the menstrual cycle, the decline in progesterone is the key factor to cause necrosis, disintegration and hemorrhage of the decidualized endometrium. But according to clinical reports, the progesterone level in the body of most patients with irregular bleeding does not reduce to the level of retreat of the end of the menstrual cycle. So we tried to observe the changes of endometrial decidualization in mice in the state of keeping progesterone. This has significance to further clarify the effect of progesterone on bleeding.In this experiment, we used progesterone implant to maintain the level of mice Express. First of all, determine the relationship between the length of implant and progesterone levels in mice's body. The determination reached, the hormone levels maintained by lcm long buried was similar as the hormone levels on day 5. Progesterone levels of 1.33 cm and 2cm implant were maintained higher than 1cm implant, and there was better linear relationship. There was significant difference between the groups. The biopsy showed the same degree of decidual necrosis. The results suggested that the bleeding time has relationship with progesterone level, which was bleeding time delayed along with the increasing of the progesterone level.We then observed the changes of the time after induction of decidualization in the progesterone level that maintained pregnancy in mice on day 5. We observed the 96,120,144 hours changes after induction decidualization. The longer of the observation time, the deepener of the degree of necrosis. 96 hours after induction, general observation of the regional organization could be seen that decidualization was nodular. We think that the withdrawal of progesterone in birth plays a major role for the initiation of parturition, and plays more initiative in the decision of the position of embryo implantation and the position in the uterine cavity after implantation.In the process of the maintenance of progesterone level, we found that the endometrium would develop some special morphology. A closed cavity would appear in the middle of the uterine. There was cavity around the closed cavity and the sinus which almost filled the entire uterine. By serial section and the dyeing, we obtained photographs of three faults in the structure of each form. Then we made three-dimensional image processing and restructuring to the slices by Adobe Photoshop and Mimics software, and ultimately obtained three kinds of structural and spatial configurations and the spatial relationship with each other This provides valuable information to clarify the role of blood vessels and other structures in the process of menstruation and pregnancy and also provides a new tool to morphological study.This study is innovative in observation on histomorphological and methodology study, and has got more precise results. Hope to provide valuable information to the related research on the endometrium.
