Based On Discriminant Analysis Of Medical Data Processing

In this paper, discriminant analysis theory and method of the Central South University Xiangya Second Hospital, the medical data of patients with cirrhosis of the mathematical modeling and data processing, and obt ained some meaningful results,our main duties include:(1) describes the statistical origin, development, and in our country's development situation and the status quo, then introduced the concepts of multivariate statistical analysis, as well as the gradual Bayes discriminant analysis theory;(2) Collection of Central South University Xiangya Second Hospital, the medical diagnostic data in patients with cirrhosis of the liver and cure of data on selected targets from a relatively complete sample;(3) the use of discriminant analysis of the basic ideas and methods, a gradual Bayes discriminant function model, and then gradually establishe d Bayes discriminant analysis models to determine the algorithm, and then Spss statistical software to solve the model, obtained more useful en ergy determine the discriminant function classified the sample last, the res ults obtained were analyzed.In this study, based on an analysis of medical data processing proce ss and the results, our main finding include:(1) has been able to identify three significant discriminant function classified the sample;(2) to patients on admission into the medical indicators of the maxim um generation of discriminant functions can distinguish between the situation after the patient's cure, and this more than 80% accuracy;(3) to promote the gradual application of Bayes discriminant analys is, and further study the future direction of the prospect.
